MANCHESTER, Saturday, May 16, 2015 – Kaluki Musik and Circus are proud to present an A-list lineup, complete with industry heavy-weights Marco Carola (Minus, Plus 8, Drumcode), Yousef (Circus Recordings, Defected), Nathan Barato (Defected, Hot Creations, Incorrect), Pirate Copy (Kaluki) and Pete Zorba (Kaluki) at the elegant Albert Hall on Saturday, May 16.
Famed for his energetic and impressive three-deck style of mixing and long journey sets, Marco Carola has remained one of the most in demand DJs on the planet. Last year, Marco Carola blew the roof off of Albert Hall and now he’s back to do more damage— this time, backed by the owner of Circus Recordings himself, Yousef.
Having been at the forefront of dance music fan’s attentions across the globe since the latter stages of the last century, Yousef is an artist that continues to evolve and develop with consummate ease. Not to mention, his label, Circus continues to dominate UK clubbing with its stunning ensembles of talent month after month. Surely this will be one of those very nights, as Carola and Yousef take to the decks with support from fellow tech masters, Nathan Barato, Pirate Copy and Pete Zorba.
Nathan Barato is a Toronto favourite and has been a staple to the city’s underground scene for more than 15 years. His rapid success has led him towards global recognition and seen his music released on some of the most prestigious labels in the industry, including Hot Creations, Cajual, Saved Records, Defected plus many more. Not to mention, his innate entrepreneural skills have seen him succeed beyond the creative aspects of the industry, as the founder of Roots and Wings Music and producer of the renowned Union event series.
Be sure to mark May 16 in your calendars, as Albert Hall is about to house some of the industry’s most talented artists when Kaluki Musik and Cricus take over! This is a night not to be missed!
