Katy Rise Debuts on Natura Viva with ‘Light House’ EP

Following a run successful releases on MIR Music over the past two years, hotly-tipped Ukrainian artist Katy Rise now looks to open up her 2023 tally with the announcement of her stunning new Light House EP. Out now, exclusively via Beatport the two-part Light House EP marks Katy Rise’s eagerly anticipated debut outing on the esteemed Italian label, and comes complete with a show-stopping remix from iconic Greek producer Thodoris Triantafillou.

Known for her deep, melodic soundscapes and euphoric atmospheres, Katy’s unique treatment across the package is wonderfully hypnotic, as she engages the listener from the very first kickdrum. The title track is a truly special record, striking the sweet spot between euphoria and dancefloor energy, as airy pads and stirring waves of melody stamp the record with a truly timeless feel.

On remix duties, we see the welcome introduction of internationally celebrated Greek producer Thodoris Triantafillou. Returning to Natura Viva following a string of noteworthy releases on the likes of Bedrock, Secret Fusion, ATLANT and Blue Shadow, to name a few, Thodoris steps up to the plate to deliver a epic, peak time rendition of Katy’s sublime original as he combines vintage synths and old school drum fills to conclude a stunning EP on the burgeoning imprint.

Music always has been a huge part of life for Katy Rise. Learning to DJ in 2016, she quickly garnered considerable international attention with her unique music taste, which she featured in a run of exclusive live streams on her YouTube channel; a series which gathered thousands of views and instant global support. Katy has been a guest on various radio shows around the world, as well as doing her own residency at radio station and nightclubs in Ukraine and Turkey. By 2020, she became a co-founder of the organizational musical movement “NATURE BEAT”, where she participates in organizing musical events and festivals.
