Kaz James launches forward-thinking new imprint Another Record Label

Kaz James has once again linked up with fellow DJ and producer Nick Morgan on their spellbinding new single ‘Not In Love’ out on 19th November.

The debut release comes courtesy of Kaz James’ forward-thinking new imprint Another Record Label which aims to delve deeper into the realms of house and techno, breaking down sonic frontiers as it does so.

Kaz James explains: “The label name is ironic, the whole concept is that we don’t want to be “Another” record label, we want to be the alternative.”

He goes on to add, “My vision is that I want to do what other labels don’t. I want to push the boundaries of House and Techno on every level, not only exceeding expectations of a record but taking it off the beaten path, putting the artists and producers that we work with and my own music front and centre at all times.”

‘Not In Love’ itself is a dramatic seven minute odyssey that twists and turns as it builds. Powerful chords and rousing synths, paired with the record’s infectious vocals make for a totally hedonistic journey.

The new single follows Kaz James’ smash 2020 hit ‘Stronger’, a track which garnered widespread support from fans and critics alike, as well as being debuted asPete Tong’s Essential New Tune on BBC Radio 1

Kaz James has risen to the upper echelons of the DJ world, alongside household names he calls his peers such as Life & Death boss DJ Tennis and Guy Gerber, becoming a regular at the latter’s RUMORS events as well as holding his legendary Sunday residency at Scorpios in Mykonos.

A stellar collab, ‘Not In Love’ marks the start of an invigorating new chapter for Kaz James’ Another Record Label.
