Continuing to bring the best in underground music, Steve Angello’s X sees a release from the newly founded Kingstown with ‘Jacana,’ complete with remixes from the legendary Pete Tong and Dutch duo Sunnery James and Ryan Marciano, out February 23th.
Curated by the man behind such house hits like ‘Everything is Going to Be Alright’ and ‘Let’s Go All Night,’ James Doman is moving in a new direction with Kingstown, continuing as a solo project combining beloved producing artistry and the passion to explore deeper and more exotic sounds.
Starting out with a fresh breath of life, ‘Jacana’ is a ripe jungle track, filled with tribal inspired rhythmic percussion and hypnotising aria. BBC Radio 1’s Essential Mix master, Pete Tong, delivers a provocatively deep remix of ‘Jacana,’ incorporating twilight synth riffs and heavy bass. This is followed by a remix from the worlds most energetic house duo, Sunnery James & Ryan Marciano, bringing a dutch inspired funky twist that is Sexy by Nature.
