“I don’t play guitar, but I love guitar solos, see my problem here?” says Kit Major. “Let Me Be In Your Band is a pure rock n roll fantasy track, inspired by my love of post-punk, surf rock, and psych rock. It gives me permission to be completely reckless and feel badass – like I’m both Iggy Pop and Blondie. It was very cathartic to write and even more to perform.”
