Exciting new South London artist Knox38 has unveiled his debut single ‘Options’, out 1st September.
Underpinned by a menacing, percussion-driven production, ‘Options’ sees Knox38 announce himself with slick, effortless flow and hard-hitting bars. The release comes via Movin Anti, the label run by UK Funky pioneer Donae’o, who has been an important mentor to Knox38 in the early stages of his career.
Already riding a wave of quietly bubbling hype built up by word of mouth and a handful of online freestyles, Knox38 is all about keeping things natural. He started out freestyling over drill beats and old school R&B tunes and now makes music designed to get parties started. With loads more music in the works, he is among the most exciting emerging rappers in the country.
Already generating a serious buzz amongst those in the know, Knox38 is a young artist who looks destined for big things.
