Jordan - Late Night Libertine EP

Extended Play and Turbo artist Jordan drop 4 robust house cuts on Huxley’s No Idea’s Original imprint this November.

The Belfast based producer has released tracks and remixes on Classic Music Company, Electronique, Made Fresh Daily while also running his own Nocturne club night and label. Earlier this year saw Jordan launch the imprint with a release of his own featuring a remix from Quintessentials and Circus Company’s Borrowed Identity, whereas the night has welcomed the likes of Gerd Janson, San Soda and Session Victim.

Joining a roster spanning Kalyde, Sage Caswell, Pierre Codarin and J. Phlip,‘Late Night Libertine’ is exemplary of No Idea’s Original’s dancefloor driven house aesthetic. ‘####1’ kicks off the EP with a bouncing bassline, thumping rhythms and stuttering hit-hats. Next, ‘Significant Other’ blends crunchy four four kicks with swirling atmospheres, while ‘Style & E’ employs palpable drum grooves bolstered by acidic synths for a darker soundscape. ‘In2Me’ finishes the ‘Late Night Libertine’ EP with thick low-end stabs and glitching vocal samples for a heady final tune.

The ‘Late Night Libertine’ EP is released 18th November on No Idea’s Original.
