Late Night Therapy – Fallin’

Late Night Therapy is a progressive house project from Australian producer Harry Suttor, who has a sound that can be likened to a mix between Camelphat, Bob Moses & RUFUS DU SOL.

Over the last few months Harry has been working on a collection of new singles that he’ll be sharing with us over the Australian summer. He’s also been putting a lot of focus into his live performance setup and is excited to be playing a few local shows in October/November.

This week Harry is giving us a taste of that new music with his latest single ‘Fallin’, which he feels is one of the best songs he has written to-date. He says it is a song about the art of letting go and just trusting the process, and process has helped him capture the true essence of his Late Night Therapy project.

“I’ve been working on music my whole life. I’ve had my successes and my failures, but I’ve always known that music was the path for me. I’ve sacrificed stability and worked at it every day for most of my life, and I have seen consistent improvement with every track I finish. I’ve loved every second of the process even through the frustrations as I learnt to play, write, record, produce, mix and master my own music.

I’m the definition of a perfectionist and in all this time I’ve never truly been proud of a song I’ve released; they’ve always just been a work in progress. That is until now. After all the years of devotion to the craft I feel like I’ve finally arrived at a stage where I can now bring the music in my head into reality without compromise.

“Fallin” is about the art of letting go and trusting in the process. It’s about letting go of the fear of outcome, letting go of potential futures that may or may not come to pass and diving into the present and living authentically in each moment regardless of societal pressures and expectations. It’s about falling deeper into devotion to my craft with a continued trust, acknowledging that regardless of outcome I’m already successful because I’m doing what I love most. My number one goal has always been to create a sound uniquely mine and this song is the beginning, this is late night therapy” ~ Late Night Therapy
