Nic Fanciulli & Butch’s lost remix of Lauren Lane’s “Cool Kids” and Mark Fanciulli’s “8 Track” Terrace Mix finally stand up to take the limelight they deserve.

Nic Fanciulli & Butch hone in on “Cool Kids” distinctive bassline for their delightfully playful remix. Keeping it simple, the pair inject a sense of swing into the grove courtesy of jostling beats and a frenetic top end. Laidback and fun, the remix finds a highly addictive quality through its own simplicity.

Mark Fanciulli ramps up the energy and dives headfirst into an unadulterated driving techno groove on “8 Track.” Echoed brass parts and impassioned vocals fill the remix with a carnival spirit that runs right the way through the booming 4/4s and deep, driving basslines that provide the backbone.
