At merely 19 years old, Lenno is quickly becoming an accomplished producer in the dance music circuit. From working on remixes for prolific artists like Martin Solveig, Foster The People, Above & Beyond and Arty, to creating his own sublime original Nu Disco productions that celebrate the vocal elements of House music, the young Finnish producer works with an effortless expertise that belies his age. Today marks yet another landmark on Lenno’s meteoric rise as this time he receives his own remix package for his popular Wake Up EP, featuring the talents of Maor Levi and Les Loups, out now on Casablanca Records.
First up remixing the EP’s title track is another musical prodigy, Israel’s Maor Levi. Since being discovered at just 17 years old, Levi has become well-known for his unparalleled originals and superb remixes on labels like Anjunabeats, Armada, Cr2 and more. Taking on the EP’s title track “Wake Up,” Maor breathes new life into the popular single, infusing his signature melodic build-up into a sparkling progressive house drop.
Shining in its own right is young German Nu Disco trio Les Loups’ remix, giving Lenno’s groovy classic “No More” some extra pep with their driving Deep House flavor.
Between Maor’s high-energy remake and Les Loups’ Deep House blend, Lenno’s remix EP is definitely something to “Wake Up” to. Make sure to pick it up now on Beatport!
