Camelphat - Light Night EP

Following up from their ‘It Is What It Is’ EP, UK House Duo CamelPhat are back with a 3-track EP, ‘Light Night’, on renowned dance label, Suara.

Kicking off the EP is title track, ‘Light Night’. Armed with hypnotic synth melodies, a strong bassline and catchy hi-hats, the track sets the pace on what’s to come on the EP.

‘Chloe’s Theme’ is a mesmerizing track with a compelling bassline throughout. Reverbed synth melodies enter halfway through the track leading into a fusion of club beats and an atmospheric refrain of synths.

Final track, ‘Make Em Dance’ is filled with warped male and female vocals and mixed percussion throughout. A catchy dancefloor filler, the club-facing track incorporates a trumpet recording, a cowbell and a pounding bassline and is sure to be on summer playlists this year.

CamelPhat’s reputable House sound has gained support from the likes of Pete Tong, Annie Mac, Danny Howard, Carl Cox and Steve Angello to name a few. Gaining attention for their remixing efforts and their smash hit collaboration, ‘Paradigm’ with A*M*E, CamelPhat shows no signs of slowing down.
