Pete Tong’s Ibiza Classics performed by the Heritage Orchestra and conducted by Jules Buckley to be Lived Streamed
After huge success with their Carl Cox Music Is Revolution and Space Ibiza Closing Fiesta live streams, BE-AT.TV head to London on Thursday 1st December when Pete Tong brings his acclaimed Ibiza Classics show to the UK’s largest music venue – The O2 Arena.
Having taken charge of last summer’s ground-breaking BBC Radio 1 Ibiza Proms at the Royal Albert Hall, the global dance music ambassador is again teaming up with The Heritage Orchestra conducted by Jules Buckley for a trio of arena dates. Originally curated to mark the 20th anniversary of BBC Radio 1 in Ibiza, the previously untested fusion of dance and classical music caused a huge stir worldwide due to it’s stunning visuals, production and all-round curation.
The unique performance features seminal hits from the White Isle, reworked by the vibrant 65-piece Heritage Orchestra, Conductor Jules Buckley and Artistic Director Chris Wheeler, who between them count Basement Jaxx, Aphex Twin, Goldie, Björk, Squarepusher and Giorgio Moroder as previous electronic collaborators.
With a host of special guests including Jessie Ware, John Newman, Ella Eyre and legendary Southern Soul icon Candi Staton confirmed, BE-AT.TV will capture the London leg of this celebration of Ibiza culture in all it’s glory. Although the tracklist remains a secret,‘You Got The Love’ is celebrating 30 years and will be one of the hits guaranteed. Live from 21:30, do not miss this unforgettable show set to be streamed to millions of fans across the world who are unable to attend this unique event in person.
