Dakota - Long Hot Summer

Virgin EMI’s latest signing Dakota is the voice behind the 4 million-selling global smash hit single ‘Fast Car’ by Jonas Blue. Having played to crowds of up to 100,000 fans across the world performing their multi-platinum single Dakota is primed and ready for stardom on her own terms.

Her debut solo single is an upbeat anthem of youthful escapism co-written by Dakota herself and Tim Woodcock, whose previous collaborations include John Newman and Little Mix. The single also received its finishing touch from renowned songwriter and producer Fraser T Smith (Kano, Sam Smith) who signed Dakota to his 70HZ Recordings.

Already supported on Radio 1 / Kiss FM / Gaydio FM, here 1st Stop brings you two exclusive new sets of remixes for your upfront shows & sets c/o KENNY HECTYC & SOMN3UM !
