Joan Retamero - Magnus (Magdalena Remix)

Magdalena continues to add strings to her bow as a producer with a brand new remix, this time for upcoming Argentinian producer Joan Retamero. Her take on ‘Magnus’ will be released as part of the producer’s EP of the same title on Monday, 16th April.

Marking her debut on the Greece’s premiere underground dance label Movement, Magdalena has delivered a fluid and mature take on the Retamero’s fiery original title track. Evocative vocals are just audible over the slowly building percussion and deep bass lines, resulting in an atmospheric release that would fit right into some of the producer’s biggest DJ gigs.

Magdalena has long been a prominent member of the Diynamic events family, but she only began producing two years ago. After a successful slew of single releases and remixes for the likes of Mobilee, Stil Vor Talent and Diynamic sister label 2DIY4, her debut EP ‘Morphorsfalter’ on Leena Music was a resounding success. This new remix now marks the start of a fresh wave of material from the budding producer, whilst her DJ gigs continue to take her across the globe.
