Skinshape - Manadala

We are over the moon to announce our latest Beatnik signing, the incredible London-based producer Skinshape.

‘Mandala’ is the first single to be taken from his forthcoming album, Oracolo, released on Beatnik at the end of the year.
 
Also known as 24 year-old Will Dorey, this talented singer and composer produces the kind of nostalgic music packed full influences ranging from Soul, Funk, Psychedelic, Dub and Hip Hop, primarily from the 60s,70s and 90s.
 
But don’t let that vintage sound fool you. All his magic is original, without a sample in sight! Every instrument is either played by Dorey himself or by guest friend musicians.
 
A true and unique genius in our eyes.
 
For the album artwork and various singles, Skinshape has joined forces with brilliant rising New York-based artist Jared Buschang.
