On August 4th 2014 one of modern electronic music’s most complete artists Mark Fanciulli, brother of esteemed international DJ/producer Nic Fanciulli, will make this highly awaited debut on dance music’s seminal imprint Intec with his amazing new EP entitled ‘Cosmos’.
This stunning tech house two-tracker comes after a string of highly successful releases on revered imprints such as Joris Voorn’s Rejected, Carl Craig’s Planet E, Nic & Mark Fanciulli’s Saved Records and Simon Dunmore’s Defected which has enabled Mark to perform at some of the world’s best clubs and events including El Row in Barcelona, Amsterdam’s Studio 80, Space in Ibiza, Ministry of Sound in London, Sonar Festival in Barcelona, WMC and the roadblock Saved events in his hometown of Maidstone.
The EP’s lead track ‘Body Clock’ commences proceeding and encompasses slammin’ house beats accompanied with warped atmospheric vocal samples, high-pitched strings and an addictive Lil Louis esque organ riff.
‘Time Zone’ continues the vibes by offering some awesome jackin’ 909-laden drum patterns, a deep throbbing bass line and a super resonant synth line that’s moody as hell and wouldn’t sound out of place in a drum and bass production. The track evolves effortlessly and a superb use of FX has been endorsed adding interest, variation and excitement throughout.
Both tracks are complete dance floor bombs, making this another outstanding Intec release to add to your collection. ‘Cosmos’ EP is available on Beatport exclusively from August 4th and the rest of the world two weeks later.
