The EP features a revitalized version of his 2019 hit record ‘Golden’ and the brand new original ‘All We Have’.
Acclaimed British techno producer and DJ Mark Reeve returns to Monika Kruse’s revered Terminal M imprint this month with the release of his two-track EP, ‘Golden’. The package features an updated take on his 2019 fan-favourite single ‘Golden’ and introduces a fresh original, ‘All We Have’, showcasing Reeve’s ever-evolving sound and studio craftsmanship.
Renowned for his compelling productions and unyielding energy behind the decks, The ‘Golden’ EP skilfully revives Reeve’s now-iconic 2019 single with an innovative new take that reinvigorates the original – intensifying its immersive layers and pulsating groove for today’s discerning audiences. The title track’s reimagined soundscapes retain the original’s emotive core while infusing it with Reeve’s modern and refined touch—a synthesis of brooding basslines, rolling rhythms and euphoric builds that make this iteration both nostalgic and future-facing.
On the fiip, the EP’s second and final track, ‘All We Have’, marks a powerful new original from Reeve as he delves into deep, atmospheric waters. The track blends powerful basslines with frenetic samples that build in momentum and intensity, leading to a high-energy peak that reflects Reeve’s distinctive approach to techno. Balancing chunky breakbeats with hypnotic vocal drops across a mammoth breakdown, Mark Reeve’s industrial textures create a bold sonic journey, solidifying the track as a potential new favourite for international techno enthusiasts.
Mark Reeve – Golden EP is out now via Beatport and will be released on Friday, December 6 on all other streaming platforms.
