With the first quarter of Markus Schulz’s twelve month city series journey complete, the appraisals continue to mount. Following tributes to Miami, Bucharest, and most recently San Francisco, his focus remains in the state of California for the month of April. However, this particular spotlight welcomes a new adventure.
Along with good friend Ferry Corsten, Markus embarked on one of the highest accolades for any performing artist – showcasing one’s talents at the legendary Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival in Indio across two weekends.
In tribute, Markus highlights the enormous movement of electronic music in North America and beyond, catalyzed by a fledgling generation and yielding a new dimension of sonic emission. This Generation is for those hedonistic, feel-good moments, which can be enjoyed through the radio medium as much as the outdoor ambiance.
