The ever-impressive Mat Playford returns this December with his blistering new single ‘ISON’, released on Black Rock Records on 12th December 2014.
Following on from his critically acclaimed LP ‘Too Big To Fail’ which picked up DJ Mag’s ‘Album Of The Month’ in July Mat Playford is back this December with ‘ISON’. The no nonsense house cut has seen early radio support from heavy hitters like Skream, Fatboy Slim, & Danny Rampling but made it’s official debut back in October on Annie Mac’s BBC Radio 1 show, twice, along with another feature on her recent Mixmag Lab.
With over two decades in the game Mat is an artist who prefers to let his music do the talking and in this he rarely fails to impress, with a slamming piano arrangement and an infectious 303 line Mat cultivates an all out attack on the senses with ISON as he takes you on an unadulterated journey back to acid & classic house.
