The guys over at Zulu Records certainly know a thing or two about quality house music and the latest release from Matteo DiMarr and Dashka is no different. Drumming up massive support from the likes of Federico Scavo, Bob Sinclair, Plastik Funk, Riva Starr, Kryder, Futuristic Polar Bears, Andi Durrant, Prok & Fitch, Crazibiza, Jason Chance and Hoxton Whores to name but a few, it’s hard to see Closer being anything other than one of this Summer’s biggest tunes.
Returning to Zulu, Matteo DiMarr has this time brought along Dashka to deliver their tech house monster with a bassline that oozes pure groove. Closer is one of the most original tracks to surface this year and with the release completed by a rather hefty My Digital Enemy remix – the guys who have been championed by Pete Tong, Tiesto and Danny Howard – Closer is, without a doubt, a bona fide dancefloor weapon. Check out the previews if you don’t believe us, this one is going all the way.
