Melon Bomb Launch Their Own Label, Celebrating 10 Years of Ibiza Vibes

Ibiza’s much-loved DJ collective Melon Bomb mark a major milestone this year with the launch of their own imprint, Melon Bomb Records.

First up on Melon Bomb Records is a two-track EP led by “Sunshine,” a debut single from the collective themselves. Written as a love letter to the island, “Sunshine” channels the warm, unfiltered energy that has defined Melon Bomb’s sets since the beginning. The EP also features “Underground,” a deeper cut hinting at the late-night side of the collective’s sound. It’s a timely release too, landing just as Ibiza shakes off the winter with the International Music Summit and the start of another summer season.

Alongside the label launch, Melon Bomb step into a fresh round of residencies for 2025, returning to their spiritual home at Pikes and kicking off with a set at the HI Ibiza opening party. Both events signal the start of a new chapter for a crew who’ve built their reputation on feel-good house music, low-key hedonism, and a grounded connection to the spirit of the island.

“Starting a label just made sense for us. We’ve always done things our own way, and this is a chance to keep that going — making and releasing music that feels right, without overthinking it. It’s just about good tunes, good people, and keeping the vibe alive.” Melon Bomb

With “Sunshine,” “Underground,” and more to follow, Melon Bomb Records is set to carry the collective’s signature blend of raw house grooves and open-hearted energy into the next decade and beyond.
