Michael Mandal – On The Run
This spring Michael Mandal joins the team at Love & Other with his anticipated release of ‘On The Run’, joining label-mates Illyus & Barrientos, Kokiri, Bearcubs, The Dealer and Jason Burns.
Starting life as a bootleg during last years Ibiza season the club-ready track has been heavily spun by Sonny Fodera, Mark Knight, Bontan as well as Michael. Now picking up support from Danny Howard on BBC Radio 1 ‘On The Run’ continues to dominate DJ sets from the white isle through to London and New York.
Producing under Mandal & Forbes Michael has remixed chart topping ‘Wish You Were Mine’ for Philip George as well as remixes for Route 94 and Clean Bandit. With an ever growing fan-base spreading from his hometown of Liverpool the future is looking bright for house music’s latest rising star.
