Material Series frontman Mihalis Safras makes his way back to Sola with a striking three-track release, comprising potent club-ready cuts, armed and ready to do damage on dancefloors globally. 

A frequent flier on the label, longstanding Tech House powerhouse Mihalis Safras graces us with his work once again – following his ‘Minimi’ EP in November last year. Renowned for his emphatic and robust style, Mihalis’ spirited production persona comes out to play in full force for ‘On The Floor’.

‘On The Floor’ opens the release with jacking drums and sizzling hat grooves. Combining a rhythmic bassline, arcade-like synths and a quirky vocal hook, its blend of components pack an undeniable knockout punch – ideal for peak time sets and wanting crowds.

‘What Did You Say’ comes next with a deeper, more underground feel. Driving drums bounce off another catchy bassline and vocal hook combo, dissected by crisp hat sequences and rippling percs. Its ominous rave-inspired lead creeps up out of nowhere, adding grit before throwing you back into its punchy groove.

‘Sorrow’ closes the release with another bumpy number. Sporting another weighty low-frequency hotbed and more jacking grooves, it completes a trio of primetime club-ready heaters that are certain to tear into unsuspecting partygoers and eager foot stompers alike.
