Launching this summer, Ministry of Sound Games will transform the iconic club into a high-intensity workout playground. This brand-new event channels 35 years of party experience into the fitness world – combining cardio, conditioning, and camaraderie with club-night energy. The South London venue has an established history in the fitness space, starting in 2004, with a best-selling dance workout DVD. Now in 2025, Ministry of Sound Games accelerates its offering with club-quality sound and a party-first atmosphere where attendees can expect to sweat and socialise every step of the way.

The Workout
Each Games event runs in high-energy, 50-minute waves, with teams of 10 competing across three immersive fitness zones. Throughout the day, multiple waves of challengers take on the course, creating a high-intensity, festival-style atmosphere from start to finish. Programmed by Nike Master Trainer Courtney Fearon, the challenges are built to suit all energy levels – so whether you’re a gym regular or a just-here-for-fun first-timer, you’ll find your pace.

Participants can expect a mix of:

  • Functional strength training (kettlebells, sled pushes, barbell lifts)

  • Explosive cardio (burpees, SkiErgs, assault bikes)

  • Team-based drills with live coaching and high-octane motivation

  • Live DJs in every room, soundtracking each challenge with a different genre

  • Progress-tracked performance, with one winning team crowned champions

  • Winners prize, giveaways & goodie bags

Courtney Fearon, Nike Global Trainer, explains:
“This isn’t your average workout. It’s a high-energy, experience-first fitness occasion set in a nightclub. Whether you’re ready to go all out or just want to vibe through, the session flexes with your energy. We’re bringing the moves to the dance floor.” Courtney Feason, Nike Global Trainer.

Full Experience, Start to Finish
A full 360 experience from start to finish, challengers can prep with London’s beauty booking service Ruuby App, for hair braids and more, pre-drink with Nocco’s BCAAs beverages for enhanced performances, recover with StretchLab’s custom restorative methodology and finish strong with the ice plunge. Each tailored event will bring something new, working with the wellness industry’s top-tier brands, keeping the energy fresh each time.

Soundtracked workouts. Full-blown afterparty.
Expect high-energy sets during the Games from NTS resident Debbie’s Thug Life, KC Leigh, Izzy Trixx, Joe NBO, and Suni Side Up – spinning House, Garage, and Bass to keep you moving throughout the day. And when the workout ends, the afterparty begins. Your Games ticket includes entry to the official Ministry of Sound day party in the courtyard: the Jungle Cakes Yard Party (14:00–22:00), featuring heavyweight sets from Ed Solo & Deekline, Benny Page, Serial Killaz and more. Refuel with protein shakes, beers, frozen cocktails and street food – turning your post-sweat recovery into a full-blown day-to-night session.

Train like you rave.

Ministry of Sound Games is designed for everyone: from fitness fanatics to the community-curious and fun-focused first-timers. Starting at £65 for solo tickets, there are tiers for duos and teams of 10, so everyone can roll through no matter the size of the crew.
