Fresh on Sublease Music is a new three tracker from the greek duo of Minus & Zianos. The EP fits perfectly the aesthetic of Steve Bug’s Sublease – deep, groovy and driving house music for moving dancefloors.
The title track Devotion appears twice, with the original mix delivering a dubby, funky workout with a strong piano riff riding a tough, upfront rhythm. The second track – Groove – is well titled, a shuffling vibe and house stabs provide the tension for perfectly sculpted underground banger.
Lastly, the final track is a rework of Devotion by Moodtrax, who take the source material and run with it. Adding a filthy bassline and lots of atmosphere, the track is bent into a jacking basement house jam.
