Monika Kruse remixes ADRIANNA’s latest single ‘Wild Electric’

Techno legend Monika Kruse has produced a stellar remix of ADRIANNA’s hit ‘Wild Electric’ released on ADRIANNA’s label Tempo House Music. The true epitome of a pioneer, Monika Kruse has been involved in the music industry for over 30 years. Since the early 90’s she’s been spearheading her distinct take on Techno. Monika played a key role in birthing German dance culture in the early 90’s, organised raves in abandoned Munich WWII bomb shelters and was one of the first German Techno DJs to tour internationally. She has played at some of the biggest festivals in the world, including Awakenings, Amnesia, Sonus, Global Gathering, Tomorrowland, Ultra Miami, Glastonbury Festival and Exit Festival. Monika also made her mark at the highly revered festival Time Warp where she played consistently from 1999 until 2019. Her label Terminal M established in 2000 is as consistent and innovative as she is. Today, the label is home to artists like ANNA, Victor Ruiz, Pig&Dan, Skober and more.

One of the industry’s most sought-after talents, London-based Tech House/Techno producer and DJ ADRIANNA boasts residencies across the globe, performing alongside the likes of Adam Beyer, Cloonee and Charlotte de Witte to name a few. ADRIANNA launched into 2023 with her Beatport Hype hit ‘Confidenceon DJ S.K.T’s Stashed Music, with a live highlight of that year being ADRIANNA hosting her own Temple stage at Electric Garden festival. The stage featured an extensive roster of DJs such as Franky Wah, Danny Howard, and Rebuke. She is poised for upcoming music releases, a club tour, a residency starting at Egg in London in May, and festival bookings in the pipeline. Her music, blending vocals with tough, club-ready beats, has drawn comparisons to Alan Fitzpatrick, Deborah de Luca, Nina Kraviz and Carl Cox. She is sure to enthrall fans of heavy-hitting techno giants like Miss Kittin, Amelie Lens and Eli Brown. She has received support from notable publications such as The Sun, DJ Mag Spain, Mixmag, and CLASH Magazine, to name a few.

A high-octane acid tech odyssey, the original track, ‘Wild Electric’ climbed to #5 in the Beatport Hype Charts and received remixes from legendary British Tech House architects 808 State and acclaimed German DJ and producer Gregor Tresher. It features pulsing, distorted rhythms, trippy synth ear candy, acid synth stabs, subtle pop vocal samples and an irresistibly booming four-on-the-floor kick.

Monika’s remix is punchy and highly energetic. It effortlessly weaves together elements of the original track, without stripping it down too much. The beat is magnetic and will undoubtedly be a dancefloor filler. The remix perfectly showcases why Monika has been a stalwart within the Techno scene for decades. For Techno fans, this remix is a dream.
