Out now via Embassy One alongside an official music video created by FRANZI, the new single follows the announcement of Monolink’s upcoming album The Beauty Of It All, which lands this September.
Internationally acclaimed producer, vocalist and live electronic artist Monolink continues his prolific run of output in 2025 with Avalanche – a powerful new single that blurs the line between club culture and cinematic storytelling. Released via Embassy One, the track arrives hot on the heels of the announcement of his third studio album, The Beauty Of It All (out September 26), further expanding the album’s emotional and sonic terrain.
Built on Monolink’s signature fusion of atmospheric production and emotive song-writing, Avalanche feels like a slow-motion freefall through memory and feeling. Subtle synth work, intricate percussion and haunting melodies create a soundscape that pulls you inward; reflective, raw and deeply immersive. His vocals drift through the mix like a ghost – grounded yet transcendent – as the track builds with restrained intensity. It’sdance music for twilight moments, where introspection and rhythm live side by side.
The official music video, directed by Zoe Stiletano and Vasco Alexandre, deepens the track’s impact, unfolding as an expressive, short film that eschews linear storytelling for something more fluid and emotive. Set in the early hours of the morning, as a city slowly begins to wake up, two individuals – a woman and a man – begin their separate journeys through quiet urban spaces. The city feels paused.
They are two ordinary people. Their simplicity grounds the piece in realism, allowing the emotional power of their movement to take centre stage. Through corporal expression and dance, we follow their parallel paths as they each move through their own emotional landscapes. The city is a silent character gradually guiding them towards each other. Until finally, they meet. The final encounter is not a dramatic climax but an intimate resolution: a quiet, shared exhale.
Avalanche offers a further glimpse into the soul of The Beauty Of It All, signalling a step deeper into Monolink’s evolving artistic universe, one where music, image and meaning collapse into a single immersive experience. It’s not just a song. It’s a state of mind, a moment suspended in time and a powerful reminder that connection doesn’t disappear, it just changes form.
Coinciding with the album release, Monolink has also just announced a major European tour for fall 2025, bringing The Beauty Of It All to life on stage in some of the continent’s most iconic venues. Known for his captivating live performances that blend electronic instrumentation with live vocals and guitar, Monolink’s shows are renowned for blurring the boundary between concert and electronic set, transforming introspective, emotional music into immersive live experiences. The tour will span at least fifteen dates across cities including Vienna, London, Paris, Madrid, Istanbul and several dates across Germany, with more to be announced.
