Moonrise Festival returns to Baltimore for its fourth year

Baltimore’s flagship electronic music festival, Moonrise, is set to return to the historic Pimlico Race Course in Maryland this summer on Saturday, August 12 and Sunday, August 13.

Since the festival’s initial debut in 2014, Moonrise has grown to be one of the most anticipated east coast festivals of the summer, with more than 34,000 fans in attendance each day last year. Boasting star-studded lineups with artists such as Bassnectar, STS9, Flosstradamus and Claude Vonstroke returning to play the festival year after year, Moonrise touches all corners of the dance floor featuring styles spanning from heavy-hitting bass to progressive electro beats and everything in between. Presented by local festival organizers Glow DC and Steez Promo, this year’s event promises to be the best one yet with a diverse lineup, new stages, art installations, local vendors and more.
