UK raging indie punk rockers MOSKITO return after a breakthrough 2022 with the first encounter of their next generation, ‘Killing Joke’.
‘Killing Joke’ is a completely different turn from MOSKITO, seeing them enhance dirty Prodigy esque synth’s with gigantic riffs and lyrics that tell a tale of entrapment with a narcissist (the devil), Killing Joke is set to rip apart the tradition and start a whole new era of Punk Rock.
“Killing Joke is about someone who wants to swallow you whole, take you to the dirt and feed from your pain. The single explore the process of planning your escape from the situation your in, knowing there’s always something you can make good from the dark.” – Front man Jake Rudd.
MOSKITO released their debut mixtape ‘Bad Blood’ in January 2023 following a breakthrough 2022 from the East Midland reprobates. This seeing the band rightfully gain slots at Teddy Rocks Festival and LUME Festival throughout this year with the extra additions of Castlefest and Badlands Festival to come this summer. Full details below:
01/02 Sept 2023 – Badlands Festival, Lincoln w/ Pet Needs, Roughneck Riot and more
29/30 Sept 2023 – Castlefest, Luton w/ Cauldron, Delaire The Liar and more
