An undeniable tour de force in underground house music, Bamboleo frontmen Neverdogs round off an impressive 2022 with another top-tier release. ‘THRE3’ sees the duo combine with Play Groove Recordings label boss Sebastian Ledher on the original mix, whilst the remix comes from a combination of Romanian talents in Brad Brunner and EdiP.
Opening with the original cut, ‘THRE3’ kicks in swiftly with bumpy grooves and rolling percussion alongside a hooking bassline melody. A punchy underground heater from the outset, its combination of swirling melodic runs, enchanting flute riffs and Latin vocals add a pleasantly mystical layer to the mix, carving out an engaging vibe-builder from start to finish.
Bucharest-based Brad Brunner and EdiP follow with a hip-shaking rendition, building around chunky Deep Tech grooves and endless musicality throughout. An analogue rich dancefloor heater with heaps of personality, its elegant harmonies and atmospheric soundscapes give the original mix a new lease of life with a late-night feel.
