New Artist Jaffy Releases Debut Single ‘Move To The Beat’ via Dirtybird Records

Dirtybird Records has tapped newcomer Jaffy for his debut single ‘Move To The Beat’ out now.

Jaffy is the latest example of Dirtybird’s long history of breaking emerging artists, joining acts like Catz ‘n Dogz, Eats Everything, Julio Bashmore, FISHER, John Summit, and Walker & Royce who put out some of their first records through the label. 

‘Move To The Beat’ is a playful 4-minute cut that builds with nonstop grooves, hypnotic rhythms and catchy vocal samples. It’s an impressive offering from a brand new artist, and speaks to the ethos and mindful curation that has defined Dirtybird for almost two decades. As the label nears its 20th anniversary, it becomes evermore apparent that Dirtybird’s dedication to highlighting the best and brightest has only deepened, and the label remains as one of the foremost tastemakers in underground talent.   

Jaffy is an emerging talent from Scottsdale, Arizona. His journey as a DJ began in the summer of 2019, heavily inspired by the energy and optimism provided by electronic music. In 2020, he expanded into music production, working to develop a distinct sonic identity. ‘Move To The Beat’ serves as Jaffy’s inaugural release.
