New single from Varski & Cammie Robinson packs in bass heavy beats

Larger than life UK producer and former Club MTV host, Varski, has joined forces once again with the blinding talents of Cammie Robinson for new single ‘Love Is My Religion’. Released on the leading independent Perfect Havoc, this razor-sharp, big room track is the follow up to the pair’s 2021 hit ‘Over You’ on New State Music, which reached #7 in the iTunes Dance chart and saw heavy, month-long rotation on KISS Dance and Capital Dance; except that ‘Love Is My Religion’ is aimed squarely at primetime dancefloors.

Known as the ultimate showman and party frontman, Varski has been making moves for almost a decade. With famous charm and charisma to spare, the lovable character was once the go-to global tour DJ for MTV Dance, hosting the Dance Show on Club MTV and opening the MTV EMAs alongside Eminem and Stormzy, but these days he is deeply immersed in the studio.

Varski has achieved many commendable feats with his music, from having his single ‘When The Bass Goes’ synced to a Lucozade TV campaign to releasing on Macky Gee’s label and picking up support from James Hype and Sigala. More recently and marking a more accessible sound from the Varski studio, new music has included the New State Music signed ‘Gravity’ and his debut on the chart-topping Perfect Havoc, ‘Hypnotic’. Varski continues to make serious strides, capturing the ears of an ever-growing fanbase with his quality productions.

Joining Varski on ‘Love Is My Religion’ is the distinctive, multi-talented musician and songwriter, Cammie Robinson. Fast becoming the go-to voice in dance music, Cammie has written and worked alongside a diverse selection of talented acts such as Flux Pavilion, Delta Heavy, J Majik, Bear Grillz, APEXAPE and many more.

2020 was a good year with her track ‘Star Glide’ – in collaboration with Muzz – nominated for ‘Best Track’ at the Drum & Bass Arena Awards. She made her debut on Martin Garrix’s label STMPD and dropped more big releases across Ultra, Monstercat, Dimmak, Circus Records, Dirty Workz and Sony to name a few.

‘Love Is My Religion’ is another quality release for Perfect Havoc. Varski flexes his studio skills to create a track aimed directly at big room and festival stages. A hypnotic atmosphere is set from the get-go, instantly contagious piano chords strike before the bass heavy beat hits home. Cammie’s uplifting vocals bring a whole new dimension to get lost in.

Shortlisted for Best Independent Record Label at the 2023 Music Week Awards, Perfect Havoc’s niche of crossover dance alongside club-focused sounds has accumulated over 10 billion global streams and given rise to six UK Top 20 singles and multiple platinum, gold, and silver awards.

Keep an ear out for more Perfect Havoc releases in 2023 with cuts also from Kisch and Oscar Duke, Ros T, Tobtok and farfetch’d, and Justin Novak.
