Fast-rising DJ and producer Dynoro has teamed up with powerful singer/songwriter Ina Wroldsen to deliver new single ‘Obsessed’.
Set for release on Ministry of Sound, the melodic track fuses Ina’s soaring vocal with Dynoro’s thumping bassline and focuses on the intense feelings of a deep love. Telling the tale of when passion grows to become obsessive, Ina describes the meaning behind the single as “a different kind of love song.”
Accompanied by an official video in which an animated version of Ina attempts to escape from her inner prison of Dynoro’s mind, the songstress is left devastated when she realises that he’s moved on and has found a new love interest.
Amassing over 530 million Spotify streams in his career so far, Lithuanian DJ & producer Dynoro first burst into the spotlight during summer 2018 with his hit single ‘In My Mind’. Storming to the number #1 spot on Spotify, Apple Music and Shazam in 13 countries, the track stayed at number #1 in the German charts for almost three months, selling 3.2 million copies altogether.
With Ina Wroldsen’s own career path skyrocketing after featuring on Calvin Harris’ 2015 hit ‘How Deep Is Your Love’, the Norwegian songstress has since worked with a range of the industry’s biggest names, including Martin Solveig, Steve Aoki, Clean Bandit and Jax Jones.
Combining the talents of two of the hottest names on the scene right now, ‘Obsessed’ looks set to cement a place as one of 2019’s most popular hits so far and will be released on Friday 22nd March.
