Olivier Weiter Set to Ignite Amsterdam Dance Event 2024

The city of Amsterdam is once again gearing up for its annual Amsterdam Dance Event, where leading names in electronic music gather for a week of showcases, networking, and cutting-edge performances. Among the luminaries and industry veterans is none other than Dutch electronic music maestro Olivier Weiter. Known for his ability to weave hypnotic, journey-driven sets, Weiter is bringing a powerful lineup of new releases and performances to ADE 2024.

Arriving at the perfect time, Olivier joins Steyoyoke for their highly anticipated vinyl release – The Couple Affair series. Renowned as one of the most prominent imprints for emotive, ethereal techno, Olivier teams up with Forniva for their hypnotic cut Victoria.

Additionally, Weiter joined forces with Veljko Jovic and Forniva for two magnetic collaborations Resonate and In The Ocean, released on the esteemed 3000Grad label. A hallmark of deep, driving groove and meticulous production, Resonate channels the trio’s collective imagination into a release that captures the raw essence of dancefloor magic. With metallic rhythm elements, reminiscent of alien machinery, this cut lures listeners deeper into its hypnotic embrace. Bright, open sound structures create a beautiful sonic counterpart with In The Ocean. Carefully embedding vocals, a perfect combination of hard and soft elements radiate a tingling and uplifting energy.

His ability to take people on an immersive musical journey has been proven time and time again, with countless all day & night gigs at Thuishaven and De Marktkantine, boundless marathon sets at clubs like Wilde Renate, Katerblau & Sysiphos, as well as his renowned WEITER shows at Paradiso Amsterdam.

Olivier’s catalogue includes releases on some of the world’s most prominent imprints, including Stil vor Talent, Einusika, Parquet Recordings and Steyoyoke. Following his successful events at Paradiso Amsterdam, Olivier launched his WEITER label in 2015, which has become a musical base for his self-released originals and remixes, as well as other leading names in dance music. Expanding his WEITER brand, Olivier launched his own vodka brand, Weiter Wodka – the drink that captures the pulse of the underground and the rhythm of the night.
