With tracks / EP’s on top labels such as; Limousine Dream (Nugnet Series), Wiggle, Alien Recordings & Miriam Records, Ollie has been creating absolute slammers for the past few years now and it has earnt him respect in all the right places. Recently taking his sound to Golden Gate in Berlin for the second time, he had these fire tunes to take with him… and now you do to!
“Swamp Song”
Deep, hypnotic, and captivating, this title track gets straight into business. A luscious vocal acts as both a synth + a pad in a way that just works! Uplifting yet when the bassline kicks in just so dirty. The frogs are going mad for this.
“Shucka”
The real humanistic percussion sets the tone for a track that has jazzy licks & feels throughout it. Smooth chords and concise arrangement choices made by Ollie here make for a unique addition to this EP.
“Darkslide”
Remember when we mentioned ‘Slammers’ earlier? Well yeah… get a load of this!
Breakbeat-esque rythm structures give an old school feel, instantly transporting you into a place of rave & groove. A gnarly bass shortly follows and from there on out it’s go time. The haunting, spooky, synth sweeps are going to make this one great for Halloween!
“Tribal Tat”
This is that perfect cross between daytime & nightime. One of those ones that can fit perfectly in either scenario, with a super chuggy drive to it & a ‘Yeahhh!’ vocal sample for good measure – this song shows the versatility of the young but old souled producer.
