‘Messiah/Don’t Do It’ is the first EP from One Track Brain, the mysterious new kid on the block whose track have already been lighting up dance floor across the globe. While this is only the first release, it seems that One Track Brain knows exactly what’s up. This two track EP is raw sounding, gritty and tasteful techno. ‘Messiah’ is a dirty stomper of a track that’s defined by a big distorted kick drum, flicks of indistinguishably amped vocal shots and a huge lead line that makes you want to stomp your feet. ‘Don’t Do It’ is a straight up techno stomper, defined by swinging drums, crunchy stabs and a cool vocal shot to ease the transitions.
