ONFAYA unveil “Todo Pasa 2.0” — a fresh and heartfelt interpretation of a Latin-rooted classic

German-based duo ONFAYA return with their latest release “Todo Pasa 2.0,” a refined reinterpretation of the original “Todo Pasa” by Ecuadorian artists Diego Narvaez & Zunno. Marking their second collaboration with the original creators and the fourth official track under the ONFAYA moniker, this new version pays tribute to the emotional depth of the original while propelling it into modern dance territories.

Rather than simply remixing the track, ONFAYA revisited its core identity, rebuilding it from the inside out. Todo Pasa 2.0 evolves with a stronger melodic direction and heightened rhythm, layering earthy percussion, an evocative children’s choir and a smooth, consistent groove. The result delicately bridges afro-house influences with organic rhythms and indie-driven electronica — offering a sound that is both uplifting and grounded.

The track has already become a signature moment in their live sets, often surfacing as a closing piece. Rather than aiming for peak-time energy, ONFAYA use the track to bring listeners together in warmth and introspection — a gentle crescendo built on feeling rather than force.

ONFAYA, the explosive duo consisting of Pavo & Sinnerman, first emerged in 2022 under the name FAYA. A year later, they evolved into ONFAYA — a name that captures their unfaltering energy and performance ethos. Quite literally, they are always on fire.

Pavo first stepped into the electronic scene in 2015, while Sinnerman honed his craft at a professional DJ/producer academy from 2016 onwards. Each made waves in southern Germany’s club circuit before joining forces in 2021 — unknowingly preparing for the shift that would come on December 2nd, 2023.

That day, everything changed.

What began as simple daily uploads — short reels from their YouTube sessions — ignited into a viral sensation. Their content caught fire, expanding rapidly across social platforms, leading to worldwide bookings, international collaborations, and ultimately, the release of their own music.

In early 2025, ONFAYA transcended borders entirely. They became one of the extremely few DJs to ever perform in Antarctica, joining a legendary line-up that includes Diplo and Blond:ish. In doing so, they turned a DJ project into a movement.

Today, ONFAYA represent a sound that is groovy, raw, organic and unbound. They hypnotise dancefloors from underground venues to major hotspots such as Illuzion Phuket and KOKO London, seamlessly uniting diverse electronic influences.

Their debut single “I Can Feel It” — released on the respected label Déepalma Records — set the tone and was met with strong support.

Now with “Todo Pasa 2.0,” the duo continue their trajectory as one of the most exciting and forward-thinking acts in contemporary house music.

ONFAYA aren’t just progression. They are momentum. And this is only the beginning.
