Terminal Underground head honcho Matroda is back with another massive banger for the summer festival season, and it’s an absolute beauty. Dirty, filthy, drum-led tribal, ‘Britney’ will have you dancing like you’re Britney all night long.
The single is absolutely primed for those big arena festival tents,; dark, heavy, bass-driven and relentless, it features a spoken top line courtesy of first time collaborator Dance, known for his hits ‘Operator’ and ‘Bang’. The combination is a dance floor gift, with shades of Green Velvet early on before Matroda lets the track slide right down into the killer drop, one that is sure to go off wherever it gets played out.
Fittingly the single made its premiere on the EDC Las Vegas mainstage, and has since been supported by a slew of industry heavyweights including MK, Diplo, Wade, Hugel, Eli Brown, Gordo, Deeper Purpose, Tchami, Max Styler and more. As Matroda’s influence continues to grow, not just in the States but across Europe and out into Asia, fans can only expect bigger and bigger things from the king of ‘Matrodasound’.
