OOTORO Constructs Lysergic-Laced Peak-Time Club Single “Acide” on NIGHTMODE

Indonesian producer OOTORO makes his debut on NIGHTMODE with the energetic club weapon “Acide.” The acid-fueled anthem showcases his signature style with a tinge of techno added in, and arrives as part of the label’s 11th season of releases.

Primed for dark nights and sweaty raves, “Acide” is a no-nonsense dancefloor igniter. The fail-safe acid vocal sample serves as the foundation, creating a simple yet impactful hook that guides listeners through the sonic journey. OOTORO chops the vocals with masterful precision allowing them to act as a mesmerizing synth lead. Train-like doppler whooshes and tension-building risers elevate the anticipation before allowing it to wash into a pre-drop acapella that dives headfirst into gurgling lysergic basslines, shuffling drums, and hefty plucks. The refined break allows the track room to breathe before building into a rampant finale. Riddled with infectious energy and packing a powerful groove, you’ll be back for another hit as soon as it ends.

From festival stages to after-hours, “Acide” is assured to be a favorite for fans and DJs alike.

“When I sat down at the end of 2022, I knew I wanted to create an acid techno track, but with my own twist to it. The vocal chops all came together quite nicely and I immediately fell in love with the track! Hope you guys enjoy it as much as I do.”—OOTORO
