Patrick Topping releases uplifting new track ‘Make Me Happy’ ft Might Delete Later

Superstar DJ Patrick Topping returns with his new single ‘Make Me Happy’ coming via Ministry of Sound.

‘Make Me Happy’ is a high-energy, heavy-hitting club banger fit for uplifting moments on the dancefloor. Featuring vocals from breakthrough Dutch artist Might Delete Later, the track elevates its killer topline hooks with piercing synths and a ravey house groove.

The single releases off the back of an impressive live schedule for Patrick Topping, including a Trick sell-out Printworks closing show, Snowbombing Festival, and Patrick’s recently announced residency at Hi Ibiza this Summer.

Speaking about the single, Patrick says: “I’m really excited to release Make Me Happy, it’s been going off in my sets! I’ve been playing Hard House for years but have never actually made any, so that’s what I initially set out to do with this, however it ended up being some unexpected hybrid! I think it’s quite a unique track. Kinda like a ravey, hard, tech-house banger with a touch of donk and an unbelievable vocal from Might Delete Later. One of the most uplifting and energetic tracks I’ve ever made. Which was created equally with the dance floor in mind, as well as home listening.”

As one of the breakout artists of his generation, British artist Patrick Topping has contributed a constant flow of positivity to the culture he loves so dearly, becoming one of the scene’s most popular DJs in the process. Topping is not only a superstar DJ and Producer, but label-head of Trick Records, which has played an instrumental role in giving platforms to the likes of Ben Hemsley, Ewan McVicar and Schak. At the root of his incredible success are several core principles; passion for the music, a deep rooted desire to cultivate community, impeccable technical skills and a genuinely warm, friendly disposition. With releases on Hot Creations, Hottrax and Relief Records, Topping has hit number 1’s on the Beatport Tech House charts, and has been awarded three DJ Awards, including DJ Mag’s ‘Best of British’ Award, and as a selector prides himself on keeping the energy levels high while spinning a variety of styles.

Driven by these fundamental elements Patrick has attained international status as a headline act, with an illustrious discography and a blossoming label and party brand. As he continues to inject his energy into refining his craft and building his own crew of talented acts, Patrick is entering a new level of artistry.

With his latest single, Patrick Topping crafts another piece of high-grade dance floor weaponry. ‘Make Me Happy’ is sure to be a fan favourite this summer.
