From Newcastle in the North East England, Okan is a music producer, DJ, and songwriter whose DIY beginnings saw him crafting beats on a laptop and selling homemade mixtapes on UK streets to fund his first studio. His relentless, self-taught approach led to early collaborations with rising artists, laying the foundation for a sound that seamlessly blends global influences into forward-thinking dance music.

His production credits span international superstars such as Chris Brown, Sean Paul, Davido, Tinie Tempah, Becky G, Mr Eazi, and Adekunle Gold, with productions charting in dozens of territories. Two Grammy nominations in 2023 elevated him to one of the UK’s most exciting new producers, while expanding his artistry further, he’s appeared at TEN TEN club nights in Newcastle and at Ministry of Sound, showcasing his passion for Afro and Tech House directly from the booth.
