The four-track project that Crvvcks has been building up to since February with a regular drop of quality singles, now sees the unreleased lead single ‘Breathe’ with Az Always land, solidifying his status as one of the UK’s most exciting names in dance music. ‘Confluence’ showcases the many sides of Crvvcks’ club sound. Lead track ‘Breathe’ with frequent collaborator Az Always sets the tone with euphoric musicality, weighty grooves, catchy topline and emotive highs, signalling the EP’s balance of energy and melody. The cathartic ‘One More Time’ brings an uplifting, piano-led house cut with soaring vocal hooks, tailor-made for peak-time moments.
Homage-paying ‘Ain’t Giving Up’ taps into the raw energy of Leeds’ bassline and speed garage roots and secured spins from Tiësto and Armin Van Buuren. While ‘What If’ with Az Always rounds off the release with emotive textures and club-ready grooves that highlight Crvvcks’ versatility as a producer.
Since breaking through with ‘Colours’ on 3Beat, which secured daytime playlists on Kiss FM and Capital Dance, Crvvcks has built an impressive catalogue. Releases for Defected’s D4 D4NCE and Tiësto’s Musical Freedom, plus official remixes for David Guetta and Tiësto, have seen him supported by BBC Radio 1, BBC Introducing, and some of the biggest names in global dance music.
