Chicagos’s Jose Zaragoza isn’t one for sitting still for long. The ever-busy DJ, Producer and label boss splits his time between his home town and his base in Switzerland where he is constantly pushing forward with plans for new releases, productions or selecting records for his latest gig. He is also no stranger to getting behind the mic on various radio shows. Acting as a platform for his own label, Deep Hype Sounds, his monthly residency, Deep Hype Sessions, over the airwaves for HOF Radio has become the go-to place for fans eager to keep up with his movements and taste-making skills.

With the highly-anticipated 100th release due out soon on DHS and hype continuing to grow over the label and its artists, Jose Zaragoza treats us to a free download of his latest mix, ‘Deep House Sessions on HOF Radio’.

Jam-packed full of House classics from the past decade with a healthy dose of some of the current flavours Jose has been rocking crowds to recently, this mix has already reached the top 40 in the Funky House chart, 43rd in the Nu-Disco chart and 47th in the Club chart on Mixcloud since it’s upload just last week. And it’s now available to download for free over at hearthis.

Opting, as ever, for all killer, no filler, Jose drops bombs from legends such as Kathy Brown, Michelle Weeks, Peven Everrett and Kiko Navarro. Soulful House blends into Deep House and builds up to a rocking climax with further tracks coming from Marquis Hawkes, Booka Shade, Green Velvet and Mr Zaragoza himself. Mica Paris also makes a cameo appearance on M-Gee’s ‘Bodyswerve’ in a tracklist that reads like a “biggest names in the business the past 20 years”, and it certainly sounds like it too. A guaranteed party-starter of a mix full of body-jacking house which will be music to the ears of anyone just finding out about Jose or Deep Hype Sounds as much as it will be to his loyal worldwide fan-base.
