Podcast 260: Marc Werner

Talent meets passion and dedication, on top of style. These elements make Marc Werner an artist in high demand, not only in Germany but also beyond its borders. Infected with groovy Techhouse, the Leipzig native explores deep terrain. Soft melodies ignite a tangible lightness again and again and as the tension rises, the bass circulates and is then halted by a couple of short breaks. His music embraces the listener, catches them, takes them, drives them and then lets them enjoy the moment – somewhere between kicking trends and loving comfort.

Along the way, Marc has gained a lot of experience, started projects, experimented with music and has overcome boundaries since starting in 2007. It has always been an uphill journey. His publications on Audio Safari, Bunny Tiger, Kontor Records and Kittball are a groovy testimony of meticulousness and honest enthusiasm, combined with a good portion of empathy. This has earned him a remarkable reputation amongst many leading producers resulting in video shoots in Miami, appearances at a couple of Germany’s biggest music festivals, like Sonne Mond Sterne, Airbeat One, World Club Dome and Sputnik Spring Break, as well as booking in Austria and Dominican Republic.

This is only the beginning. This nice guy is going his way, with heart and with music.
