German DJ and producer Pretty Pink, a Tomorrowland mainstage sensation and a driving force in the global electronic music scene, announces the release of her Born Digital Remix Compilation. Out now on her own label Deep Woods, the project breathes new life into tracks from her acclaimed 2023 debut album Born Digital, reimagined by some of the most forward-thinking names in Melodic House and Techno.
The remix lineup is a who’s-who of electronic innovators: Jan Blomqvist, Joachim Pastor, Tim Engelhardt, Lauren Mia, Matchy, and Dirty Doering. Each artist transforms Pretty Pink’s emotive originals into bold new interpretations, adding fresh layers and textures to her already captivating soundscapes.
“This compilation is about experiencing my tracks through the creativity of artists I truly admire,” Pretty Pink shares. “Each remix reveals a new emotional dimension, turning this project into a celebration of collaboration and sonic diversity.”
A standout moment comes courtesy of Jan Blomqvist, whose rework of “Euphoria” captures the essence of a festival anthem. Premiered at Burning Man 2024, Blomqvist’s signature blend of haunting vocals and hypnotic rhythms injects fresh energy while preserving the emotional core of the original track.
Pretty Pink’s rise in the scene is nothing short of remarkable. Named Beatport Artist of the Month and featured regularly on Spotify’s Electronic Rising playlist, she’s garnered praise for hits like her remix of “Stranger To Your Love”, supported by industry titans Above & Beyond and Lost Frequencies. Her debut album Born Digital showcased her ability to fuse dark, driving beats with lush, melodic soundscapes, solidifying her reputation as a leader in Melodic House.
Through her labels Deep Woods and Wanderlust, Pretty Pink continues to champion emerging talent, pushing the boundaries of the genre. The Born Digital Remix Compilation reinforces her status as a visionary artist, spotlighting the collaborative energy that lies at the heart of electronic music.
