Following up the release of his breakthrough debut single ‘Forgiveness’ last year, emerging producer Pyrotrux aka Matt Gold is back to usher us into his world of warm and tranquil electronics with his sophomore offering ‘FREEFALL’.
Describing the track as, “jumping out of airplanes. I want people to feel free and like they can fly”, ‘FREEFALL’ has this nature beauty about it. Taking the light and blissful examples of the electronic scene and transforming them into his own unique guise gives this track a fresh and inviting sound that not many could match.
There is this subtle art to using electronic textures to create something so organic and warming, but it feels like Pyrotrux is on the cusp of it. Staying true to its direction from start to finish, it definitely feels like we will be hearing a lot more of what he has to offer in the year ahead.
