Two of London’s underground clubbing pioneers Jazzi Q from the Soul II Soul collective/Colourful Radio and Quaff Records/Totally Wired/WeOutHereFestival’s Roy The Roach come together to launch a connoisseur Sunday evening celebration across the house and dance music spectrum on Bank Holiday Sunday May 5th 202
From the heady days of their iconic club night, “Dance Wicked”, the duo celebrate their huge love of music at this organic new monthly Sunday soiree at Shoreditch’s eclectic, Folklore. Joining them as Special Guest for Sunday May 5th’s Bank Holiday Launch party is Vanessa Freeman, one of the UK’s foremost jazz and soulful vocalists known for her work with Kyoto Jazz Massive, Reel People, Bugz In the Attic, Phil Asher (Rip) and Faze Action. Expect a deeply spiritual roof-raising show.
Kicking off at 6pm and running through till 11.30pm, finish off the Bank Holiday weekend dancing and hanging out, soundtracked by multi-layered house grooves on one of the friendliest dance floors in the capital, which also boasts a stellar Sound System, relaxing seating and outside smoking space.
