R-Wan again provides the fire with latest high-profile collaboration on ‘OXY’ with Big Ali and Lil Jon

R-Wan has steadily built his name over the past few years, with a combination of production skills and noteworthy team-ups with heavyweights such as Fatman Scoop, Snoop Dogg and more recently with Busta Rhymes on 2019 smash ‘Bottles Up’, combining to cement his place as an electronic music trailblazer. The accomplished French producer joins forces with both Big Ali, famed for his track ‘Rock This Party (Everybody Dance Now)’with Bob Sinclar, and Lil Jon, an artist who needs introduction with standout releases such as ‘Yeah!’ with Usher and Ludacris and more recently ‘Turn Down For What’ alongside DJ Snake, for arguably his strongest work to date, ‘OXY’.

The track states its intentions from the start, with a pounding sub bass joining the kick drum to drive the track forward from the beginning, wasting no time in introducing Lil Jon to proceedings with his unmistakable trademark “What!” chant. The initial breakdown sees Big Ali take the reins, his cries of “tonight we’re starting something!” a statement founded on facts, as the deep beat that proceeds the drop is guaranteed to get any party started. Trap and bass influences provide the foundation, complemented by a gliding siren and a Shepard tone that rises throughout, ensuring the intensity is cranked from start to finish.

All artists involved in ‘OXY’ have gained attention from fans and the biggest players in the music industry collectively, with R-Wan alone seeing support on previous releases from the likes of David Guetta and Chuckie, and ‘OXY’ is set to once again transcend genre boundaries and become a mainstay in DJ sets across the world at the biggest festivals throughout the summer season. Grab your copy of ‘OXY’, out now via Bip Records.
