The track’s organic feel and uplifting message perfectly encapsulate the Dutch/Moroccan producer’s ability to transcend genres and connect with audiences worldwide, releasing two separate versions of the single in English and Mandarin, making it a single truly for the world. With its kinetic and breezy energy, “Are You Happy Now” follows R3HAB‘s “All Night” with Sophie and the Giants from August and is made for both the radio and singing along to at a show. As an artist with a knack for mastering diverse musical styles, R3HAB can always be counted on for hard-hitting club tracks, groovy house, genre-bending pop anthems, and everything in between, so the answer to “Are You Happy Now” question can only be “yes.”

I’m happy to finally share “Are You Happy Now” with the world. Curley GCrazy Donkey and I have been working on this emotional song and I had a subtle dance vision for it. The record is about taking the time to consider where you are now and learning to move on into a brighter future after reflecting on the past. We can’t wait to perform it for you.” – R3HAB

It is so crazy to be able to work on ‘Are You Happy Now‘ with such a legend like R3HAB. I grew up on so many of his classics and to now be able to be on a song with him is such an honour. We are very proud to be able to release this in two languages, with Curley showcasing her incredible vocals on both so effortlessly. I hope fans can listen to both the English and Chinese edits and capture something different. Music is really for everybody.” – Crazy Donkey
