Following the release of the originals earlier this year, Classic Music Company has put together a stellar remix package for Hannah Holland’s club-ready ‘High / Lush’ EP, which includes cuts from Huxley, Catz ‘N Dogz and label boss Luke Solomon.
Featuring the unique vocals of IMMA/MESS, Huxley takes the heads-down warehouse route with his remix of ‘High’, twisting and turning with an infectious bassline and thumping kick drum. Luke’s edit takes a more jackin’ approach, allowing the track breathe with refreshing swing and warm stabs, bringing a somewhat 90s feel to this forward-thinking record.
Catz ‘N Dogz’ club tool mix of ‘Lush’ really is one for the DJs and perfect for opening any set, with intense percussion and sweeping synths allowing IMMA/MESS’ hypnotising words to take control.
The ‘High’ remix package will be available May 2nd.
